The Mexican superstar is back in action on Saturday night in Arlington, Texas, when he takes on Billy Joe Saunders for a trio of titles in the super middleweight division. WBO junior flyweight champion Elwin Soto is scheduled to take on Katsunari Takayama in the co-main event. Soto boasts an 18-1 mark with the lone loss coming in his third professional fight. He’s been dominant since with 12 knockouts on his resume.
Plus, French powerhouse Souleymane Cissokho is back when he takes on Kieron Conway in a super welterweight contest. Cissohko is undefeated at 12-0 with eight knockouts on his resume. While he’s still a developing prospect, his power has translated well. Cissohko scored a TKO in March in his first action since September 2019. He gets a stiff test in Conway, who boasts a 16-1-1 mark. Conway doesn’t carry much power with just three TKOs in his career, but has proven durable. He’ll be making his U.S. debut after fighting exclusively in the U.K.
