We might go on and on throughout the day about Kody & & Lynsey. We shared a special time with them while we were in Charleston for their engagement session. After their session we went out for ice cream and had a heart to heart chat about marital relationship. We understood ideal then and there, we liked Kody & & Lynsey and they were a perfect match! Lynsey’s father provided a speech at the reception that said everything there is to state about Kody & & Lynsey’s relationship. So we’re going to let him do the talking. Take it away, father!
“You know it appears like just yesterday you and I removed in the woods behind our home early one Saturday early morning intending to see a deer. You were just little and most likely would have rather stayed at home to watch animations however there you were following me around. I look back at that day and laugh knowing we had no possibility to see a deer. You later on told mom you had a good time crunching in the leaves. We have a lot of enjoyable memories but the one that will forever stick out in my mind is the day we spent together at the lake, swinging on the rope swing and making mud pies. The more I thought of this memory I began to recognize there are valuable lessons from a rope swing.You have to
discover how to overcome fear like I’m having to do right now. It takes a great deal of guts to climb the bank, pull the swing to the highest point and get on. You understand at 15 when you learn you’re going to have an infant, there’s a great deal of fear. The thing about fear is if you face it head on and keep digging, there is constantly something good waiting on the other side. As I take a look at you now, so stunning, so happy, I wouldn’t alter a thing.The 2nd
lesson you learn from a rope swing is to trust. There is no warranty that the rope won’t break. But if you do not hang on tight and give everything you’ve got, you will never ever experience the opportunity it supplies. Kody, I am trusting you to look after and supply for Lynsey. I trusted you way too early for my convenience. However you showed yourself worthwhile. The day you asked me if you might marry Lynsey, it was a no-brainer. I knew you were the one. Lynsey and Kody, you will have to trust each other to reach your full potential of marriage.The last lesson you discover
from the leading swing is to let go. This one may be a little harder for me however the thing that makes it manageable is knowing the gorgeous, responsible girl you have become and seeing the guy you have chosen. It helps me to know that I must have done something right.Kody & Lynsey, we are so pleased with you.
