Ingredients:

1st Layer: Oreo Crust

Step 1: Crush 100g of Oreo cookies (without cream).

Action 3: Include in melted dark chocolate and mix using a spatula up until consistency is smooth.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, blend 125g light whipping cream till there are stiff peaks. Then, contribute to dark chocolate and cream cheese mixture and blend well.

Step 5: Put mix onto Oreo base to form 2nd layer, reserved and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3rd Layer: Cream Cheese Layer

Step 1: In another mixing bowl, integrate 250g cream cheese, 33g castor sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional), and blend well or 3 minutes.

Action 2: Then, include 125g light whipping cream and mix well again.

Action 3: Pour mix onto 2nd layer to form 3rd layer, set aside and cool for thirty minutes.

Fourth Layer: Chocolate Ganache

Step 1: Combine 125g dark chocolate and 125g whipping cream in a double boiler. Then, include 1 tablespoon of butter.

Step 2: Stir gradually and melt chocolate over low heat.

Step 3: As soon as mixture is thick, creamy and shiny, eliminate from heat and let cool for less than 10 minutes. Quickly pour onto third layer to form leading layer. Set aside and refrigerate over night.
